* The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: Welcome reception, Coffee breaks, banquet coupon and conference bag. Admission to
technical sessions is not included.

Registration process

E-mail (icm.reg@icm2012.org).
Registration Confirmation (Receipt)
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. You may also download the receipt at “My Page” after logging onto the online registration system.
* Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the secretariat.
* Special software installation is required in order to print out the letters. Please note that the user's
computer may automatically block the viewer program in some cases.
* If an error page appears, please contact the secretariat then we will send you the receipt by email.
Methods of payment
- Credit Card : VISA, Master and JCB are accepted.
- Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be
sent to the Secretariat by e-mail or fax. All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the registrant.

Cancellations and refund policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing and sent to ICM 2012 secretariat by e-mail or fax. Registrants who cancel before June 15, 2012 will receive a refund with the charge of an administrative charge of KRW 100,000. Registrants who cancel after June 15, 2012 will not receive a refund but the book of abstracts will still be mailed to them.
* All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
* Refunds will be made after the Congress
Invitation Letter for Visa Application
Registrants are able to download the invitation letter from "My Page" from the online registration page. If registrants need a notarized invitation letter or the original copy of the letter, an additional fee will be requested.

* You may download the letter even before payment.
